Please read these terms carefully before using Tracktivate. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Account & Usage

At the conclusion of your 30-day free trial, you will receive an email invitation to purchase an annual subscription. You may also purchase or renew your subscription at any time from your account page.
If you choose not to subscribe, your account and all associated data will become inaccessible once your trial or current subscription period ends.
Payments are handled securely using Stripe. We do not collect, store, or process your payment information, and we have no access to your card or bank details.
Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access will continue until the end of the paid period.
Once your subscription has expired, all account data will be permanently deleted after 30 days.

We can issue refunds for payments covering months which have not been used yet, less an administrative fee.
To request a refund, please email info@tracktivate.com with your account details and reason for the request.
Refunds are processed at our discretion and may take several business days to complete.

Your data is yours. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
We do not share your data with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., payment processing via Stripe).

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Tracktivate after changes means you accept the new terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
